1–3 daysWe photograph candidate beams and panels from the current archive. You choose your teak — the grain, the colour, the age marks. Each piece of teak is different; the choice is yours.
3–7 daysOur craftsmen produce detailed drawings and, for larger commissions, a 3D preview. We agree on joints, finish, hardware, and proportions before a single cut is made.
5–10 daysAll work is carried out in our Yogyakarta atelier. No outsourcing. Mid-build progress photographs are shared at key milestones. Final inspection video before crating.
6–16 weeksBespoke timber crating, CITES documentation, full insurance in transit. Sea freight to your nearest port; white-glove room-of-choice delivery and installation on arrival.
4–14 weeks transitEvery figure below is a starting reference. Final price depends on dimensions, teak grade, joinery complexity, and hardware. We will provide a firm quotation after your discovery call.

Antique Java teak — timber that grew 80 to 200 years ago before Indonesian deforestation protections — is denser, tighter-grained, and more stable than plantation teak harvested today. It cannot be replicated. Once it is gone, it is gone.
